This module was built to allow clients to create and manage their own help files which can be searched and accessed by their users. Whether it is marketing how-tos, to instructions for HR enrollment....this module lets you manage files to improve self service of your users.

How To Use

Simply add a record for each module that you would like to provide help for. Once this record is added, it will appear in both the module you are adding it for (in the top of the web-based form in the console for that module offering a link for help on this module.) It will also be visible and search-able within the module called Help::Knowledge base. It is a good idea, when creating your own custom module help library to consider the taxonomy for this module, as the Knowledge base will present your help files in order of the Taxonomy Types. (Example: Administrative functions, Design tips, etc.)
