Purpose

This module was designed to allow the management of Multiple images or flash elements, which could then be referenced on the site, anywhere that is needed, to serve rotating images or flash, in specific areas.

This module allows clients to manage, where needed,  Multiple images or flash elements which need to be referenced on the site, anywhere that is needed, to serve rotating images or flash, in specific areas.

This is especially used on the homepage of the site, but could be used within the masthead, or other areas, where rotating images are to be served. A script within reference urls is available and can be applied anywhere within the site that these images or flash are to serve.

How To Use

This module is found under the Design tab of your Client Console. Simply enter individual images or flash element records, and which site they are intended to serve within. Once you are completed, copy the script from within reference urls, and apply this script to any area of the site, or webpage that you would like to have these images serving to. Your rotating images (records within this module) will then be serving to that particular location.

Tips About This Module

It is important to first measure the space available within the desired location within page (or table)  that you would like to have rotating images appear within....before adding them to rotating images. Be cautious to apply images which are cut to match the exact serving location, so that the design to other areas on that page are not disrupted (Example: If your rotating images are larger than the allocated space on the page, it will cause the page to re-size to accommodate your images).

Try to use .jpg, or .gif extensions to ensure that the images you are serving are of low file size. This tool will accept any image extension, but the higher the filesize, the larger demand their will be on the page load time for your users.
