Purpose
Site Locator tools were developed to allow your visitors to easily search your portal and its geographically disparate families of websites. This is an effective tool for Manufacturers (and their dealers) Denominational Non-Profits (and their local Churches), Franchisors (and their franchisees) and more.
Description
This tool allows you to provide locator tools for your site visitors. You can manage your own sites (microsites within Centralpoint) or other websites (non-centralpoint sites)....giving your visitors an easy way to find your distributors.
This tool allows the visitor to search by (any or all) Name, City, State, Zip, or Region, resulting in a list of sites which match their search. Each result listing provides a link giving driving directions to that location, address, phone, and a link to their website. This link can be for a Centralpoint micro-site or non....letting users get to the local site they are looking for.
An example of the Site Locator allowing the visitor to search by a variety of criteria
(Name, City, State, Zip or Region)
This module houses the address information for each site in your network, allowing the locator to re-direct visitors to the right site.
