Purpose

Web Titles and their associated web pages was created in response to a need to manage information about an event or speaker....offering many related links to downloads, registration and or associated events.

Description

Used mostly by Tradeshow promotion companies, this tool can also be used to provide a robust overview of 'any' meeting, including all of the links to related resources. Within this module, you can manage an event or discussion topic (Web Title), and then relate as many pages to this event as needed. This module allows relationships to other modules within Centralpoint such as Calendar of Events, Media Manager, RSVP, Speakers (profiles), and even Product Catalog. All of these associations are optional, but this module allows you to relate what you need to, in line with each 'agenda'...be it tradeshow, company meeting, or featured company.

How To Use

This module is located within Site Content, of your Client Console. It has its own separate 'module type', and if not activated within your site, will need to be turned on within Site Modules. There is also a site property which allows you to toggle between two available displays. To add content to this module, simply add your Web Title (within the Web Title module), relating it to as many other records as needed (existing records in product catalog, calendar, rsvp, etc.) When completed, simply add as many Web Pages to this title as you want. These pages will appear within the menu next to each Title, and while you are viewing each page associated to that title.

Tips About This Module

The two variations of design allow you to display either a 'calendar grid', offering each page relating to a title (Each day's discussion topics, if a multi-day meeting), or allow a simple search of the available Web Titles.
