Site Deployment

Our Production Management Services are designed to get our clients up and running quickly through the strategic use of the Centralpoint Platform. We want to ensure that our clients receive maximum benefit from this new technology – therefore, we work with our clients to develop a viable strategy for integrating Centralpoint into our clients’ existing processes. How do we achieve this? By providing end-to-end guidance through each phase of our seven-step Production Management. Our objective is leave your team proficient with Centralpoint, able to build as many sites as possible....in the shortest timeframe.

Module Assessment and Custom Development

After our Assessment phase, we share our ideas with the client to determine which solution is the best fit for their culture and resources. We then configure these modules into the Centralpoint site. For any custom modules or 'out of the box' development, this will be addressed during this phase and incorporated into the living project plan (via our online issue management system). In order to build any web product on any platform, workflow and business cases must be played out in order to finalize product specifications. We lead a specifications process that helps the client evaluate how their users will interact with their web product and capture that information in a Project Plan which then facilitates any custom site development.

Design and User Interface/User Experience

We collaborate with the client to develop an overall look and feel and a high-level navigational structure – these are the first critical steps in designing the user Interface and Experience. We can also work with a client’s internal design team on this process and then convert art files into usable elements within Centralpoint; enabling all design features to be easily update-able after the launch.

Site Build

Once the appropriate solution has been outlined using the agreed-upon Centralpoint tools, we configure it to achieve the client’s specified business goals. The flexibility of our tools allows multiple options for content display, data storage, data integration, publishing, client or user notification, user subscription and site data tracking. Site configuration is an ongoing process – Centralpoint's inherent flexibility allows the web product to evolve with the client’s changing needs.

Content Migration

Clients usually have content for their site in different formats (sometimes in digital format and sometimes not) and in different places (already on the web or possibly on a partner site). Oxcyon's production management team leverages both human resources and data import tools to efficiently convert content into the necessary format for publishing to the client's new Centralpoint solution.

Training

Our production management team works with your organization to 'Train the Trainer' allowing your lead to empower others within your organization. We also provide web/phone based training sessions. The training period typically lasts from 60 to 90 days, consisting of a variety of issues, questions and scheduled web demonstrations. After this period, our training is limited to building awareness of newer modules released after the launch of your new project. We additionally provided narrated tutorials (flash and video) to help you train others in your organization moving forward.
